Congratulations to Phil and the team. We're celebrating at Food Safari 'HQ' right now with a bottle or two of their delightful Porter. Yes the nights are dark but so's the Porter.

Tickets are £40 from polly@foodsafari.co.uk but this is more than a brewery tour - we'll be tracing the whole journey of several beers from the grain to the bottle or cask and then matching beer with food in some surprising combinations over a rustic lunch.
